1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

• Contact / quote request form — name, phone, email, the service you're interested in, and your industry (optional).
• Newsletter — your email address, only if you choose to subscribe.
• Technical data collected automatically — your IP address when you submit a form, used solely to prevent abuse (rate-limiting requests from the same address, anti-spam protection via Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not use analytics or browsing-behavior tracking cookies — full details in our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we process your data

• To respond to your inquiries and prepare a quote for the requested services;
• To follow up with you about your request (phone, email, WhatsApp);
• To send you a newsletter, only if you've explicitly subscribed;
• To prevent fraud, spam, and abusive use of the forms on the site.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process contact-form data based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries received (Art. 6(1)(f)). For the newsletter, we process your data solely based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data to third parties. We only share it with providers that help us operate the site and communicate with you, acting as data processors:

• Resend — used to send automated notification and confirmation emails;
• Our hosting provider — where the database of submitted requests is stored;
• Cloudflare (Turnstile) — for anti-spam protection on our forms.

Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the US). In such cases, we rely on the safeguards these providers offer under GDPR (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission).

6. How long we keep your data

Contact-form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of the business relationship plus any period required by legal obligations (e.g. accounting). Your newsletter email is kept until you unsubscribe. At the end of the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data;
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten"), where legally applicable;
• Request restriction of processing;
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• Request data portability;
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal);
• Lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) — www.dataprotection.ro.

8. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted HTTPS connections, password-restricted access to the admin panel where requests are managed, and an HttpOnly session cookie for admin authentication.

9. Children

This site is not directed at individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
